2. What data is processed

The Eurocollection website and the account deletion page do not use advertising profiling or analytics tools.

While browsing, the following may be processed:

• technical browsing data and system logs normally generated by the web infrastructure;
• strictly necessary technical and session identifiers required for website operation and form security;
• the site_lang technical cookie, used to remember the language selected by the user.

If a user uses the delete-account page, the following may also be processed:

• the account email address;
• the password entered by the user, transmitted only to authenticate the request;
• technical tokens, device/session identifiers, and procedure status information used for security, CSRF protection, and completion of the request.

If a user contacts the controller by email, the email address and message content will also be processed in order to reply.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• to display the website correctly and ensure its technical operation and security;
• to store the language preference requested by the user;
• to allow the user to authenticate on the account deletion page and submit the permanent deletion request to the backend services already used by the Eurocollection app;
• to respond to requests sent by email.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are the performance of a user-requested action, the controller's legitimate interest in website security and service management, and compliance with any applicable legal obligations.

4. Cookies and tracking tools

This landing page does not use profiling, advertising, or analytics cookies.

It only uses strictly necessary technical and session cookies, including those used to remember the selected language and protect the account deletion workflow. For more details, please read the related Cookie Policy.

5. Information for international users

This website is intended to be accessible from countries outside the European Union as well. If you access it from outside Italy, your data may be processed in Italy or in other countries where strictly necessary technical providers operate.

6. Data retention

• the site_lang cookie is stored for up to 12 months;
• technical session cookies remain active only for the time needed for the browsing session or the ongoing procedure and, generally, until the browser is closed;
• technical logs are retained according to the hosting infrastructure policies;
• technical data related to the account deletion workflow is retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request and protect the service against abuse or fraudulent use;
• emails sent to the controller are retained for as long as necessary to manage the request and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data recipients

Data may be processed, within the limits of their respective roles, by:

• hosting and technical infrastructure providers for the website;
• technical providers necessary for the backend services already used by the Eurocollection app;
• professionals or providers assisting the controller with technical maintenance or privacy request management, where necessary.

Users may request information about their data, ask for correction or deletion, object where applicable, or exercise other rights available under the applicable law by writing to giovanni@ingnicoletti.it.

This website does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking and does not intentionally set third-party advertising or analytics cookies. As a result, "Do Not Track" signals do not materially change how the website behaves.
